C’était un événement incontournable du Vexin depuis plusieurs années. La Fête des plantes de Villarceaux, initialement prévue le week-end des 1er et 2 octobre, a été annulée par le Conseil de région Île-de-France.
Suite aux élections…
Une décision politique visiblement regrettée par l’association de bénévoles Les Amis du domaine de Villarceaux, même si son commentaire, « Annulation par la Région, nouvel exécutif, suite aux élections », est le même que celui de l’agenda du Département du Val-d’Oise.
Le rassemblement intégralement gratuit qui réunit chaque année de nombreux exposants passionnés des plantes, des experts en tout genre, producteurs et horticulteurs, jardiniers-pépiniéristes, paysagistes, botanistes ou des ingénieurs agronomes, n’aura donc pas lieu. il attirait pourtant systématiquement des milliers de visiteurs.

Annulée également, la manifestation de fin d’année Féerie de Noël, lancée en 2015. Les 10 et 11 décembre, il n’y aura donc ni marché de Noël, ni plages musicales, ni contes pour enfants, ni rencontres avec le père Noël…
